Our good friend Derly (@der.pourlavie) has put together this incredible tour package including sport climbing, paragliding, and a four-night stay at Refugio La Roca. Tour a coffee farm and taste Colombia's best beans. Follow your nose and you'll find out that Colombian food is full of flavor. 

What is included?

  • 4 nights Thursday through Sunday at Refugio La Roca

The Experience

  • Day 1: landing in Bucaramanga straight to tandem paragliding at Ruitoque, after the adventure we will go to Refugio La Roca to get our rooms, unpack, rest, explore the place and connect.

  • Day 2: Climbing at La Mojarra, full day at the rock! Climbing clinic to learn how to belay and sport climbing techniques.

  • Day 3: Via Ferrata experience at Macaguato, one of the longest in Colombia. We will be with expert guides the entire time.

  • Day 4: Coffee tour and climbing at La Mojarra, we will learn all the amazing process of Colombian coffee from earth to cup, one of the best in our opinion! and finish the day with a climbing session: sport climbing or bouldering.

  • Day 5: Time to say goodbye to this beautiful place, pack your bags and head to the airport.

How to prepare for this adventure?

  • Plan ahead and book your plane tickets if you are traveling from the U.S straight to Colombia. If you want to leave with the group from Panama we can get in touch to discuss details.

  • Passport, comfortable clothes for spending your time outdoors and connected to nature.

  • Climbing shoes and harness (you can rent this equipment if you dont have it, don't worry.)

  • Meals for lunch and dinner, one of the biggest advantages of been in Colombia is that they have delicious food and fruits everywhere and is very $ accesible, bring your favorite snacks (make your they can travel through international airports.)

  • Hiking shoes if you have them or comfortable for walking long distances.

  • Temperature in Bucaramanga is between 64F and 78F.

  • Rain jacket, it tends to rain often.

  • Sunblock and mosquito spray, hat and any outdoor gear you think is neccesary to have a great time in nature.
